Client Relationship Specialist

About the Role:
As a Client Relationship Specialist at Serondanetwork, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client campaigns and projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
- Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Support senior account executives and management as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
