We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance and sustain connections with ultra-high net worth clientele. This role involves cultivating and nurturing client relationships through proactive engagement and the provision of tailored services to individuals, families, trusts, and foundations. You will serve as a crucial link between Senior Client Advisors and various service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding client service, which includes consistent communication and the preparation of materials for meetings.
- Support the Senior Client Advisor in investment management tasks such as account rebalancing and trade execution.
- Oversee trust administration responsibilities, including the preparation of trust evaluations and distributions.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least six years of relevant business experience.
- Possession of Series 7 and Series 63 licenses is desirable, along with two years of experience from Cannon Trust School or an equivalent program.
- CTFA, CFP, or CFA credentials are preferred.
- Proven leadership, teamwork, and organizational capabilities.
