As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the development of relationships with auction houses, designers, galleries, agents, and collectors.

You will be working closely with our team to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, coordinate auction house sales and art fairs, and generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, with a strong ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You will be highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including auction houses, designers, galleries, agents, and collectors.
  • Project Management: Manage small and large projects from quote stage to billing completion, ensuring that all client requirements are met.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Ensure that all shipping aspects of client requirements are adhered to, including service specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including commercial invoices and international requirements.
  • Permitting and Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and comply with local regulations and legislations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Dispatch and Operational departments to ensure seamless coordination of collections, deliveries, and packing requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, with a strong understanding of the fine art industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal computer systems, including Moveware and iLive.
