Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including auction houses, designers, galleries, agents, and collectors.
- Project Management: Manage small and large projects from quote stage to billing completion, ensuring that all client requirements are met.
- Shipping and Logistics: Ensure that all shipping aspects of client requirements are adhered to, including service specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including commercial invoices and international requirements.
- Permitting and Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and comply with local regulations and legislations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Dispatch and Operational departments to ensure seamless coordination of collections, deliveries, and packing requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, with a strong understanding of the fine art industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal computer systems, including Moveware and iLive.
