Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services, including deposit and loan options, to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest financial products and services, including digital offerings, to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow and expand client relationships, driving business growth and revenue for U.S. Bank.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Typically 5+ years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients, effective communication and interpersonal skills, advanced knowledge of bank and branch policies and procedures, and thorough knowledge of retail products and services.
