Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outreach to business owners and institutional aquarists.
- Identify and qualify leads to create additional sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to your clients.
- Perform follow-up communications after product deliveries.
- Introduce Quality Marine to new retailers and display aquariums globally.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year in B2B sales or customer service experience (recent graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
- A strong passion for marine life and the underwater ecosystem.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach.
- Effective conflict resolution abilities.
- Dedicated, self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable with cold calling and spending significant time on the phone.
- Background in Marine Biology, Companion Animal care, or Zoology is advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
