Client Relationship Specialist

An exceptional opportunity awaits within a dedicated team focused on nurturing and managing relationships with ultra-high net worth clientele. Cultivate and sustain client connections through proactive engagement and the provision of tailored services to individuals, families, trusts, and foundations. Serve as a key intermediary between Senior Client Advisors and various service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring consistent communication and preparation of relevant meeting documentation.
- Support Senior Client Advisors in investment management tasks, including account rebalancing and trade execution.
- Oversee trust administration responsibilities, which encompass preparing trust evaluations and managing distributions.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of six years of pertinent professional experience.
- Possession of Series 7 and Series 63 licenses is desirable, along with two years of Cannon Trust School or equivalent training.
- CTFA, CFP, or CFA designations are preferred.
- Proven leadership, collaborative, and organizational capabilities.
