We are in search of a Sales Account Executive who is enthusiastic, self-driven, and possesses strong business insight, with a keen ambition to exceed both professional and financial objectives. This role presents an exciting chance to apply your solution-oriented sales expertise to foster business growth within designated accounts in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. You will collaborate with our exceptional presales, customer success, and professional services teams, ensuring that clients perceive you as a trusted consultant capable of delivering comprehensive solutions beyond mere software.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the complete sales process from account research to deal closure.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain business relationships with potential and existing clients to promote software, services, and related solutions.
- Engage deeply within accounts by recognizing client needs and opportunities where IMAGINiT offerings can enhance client growth and efficiency.
- Facilitate account strategy discussions with current clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present compelling presentations and proposals.
- Enhance IMAGINiT's presence in the industry by participating in networking events and utilizing various outreach methods.
- Collaborate across IMAGINiT's business units and with other AEC partners to secure client engagements.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in software solutions targeting mid-sized and large enterprises.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Proven track record as a proactive sales professional.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage in meaningful discussions at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in CRM tools.
- Experience in multi-product/service sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the AEC sector is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

- Year 1 Total Compensation (base salary + commissions) Range: $75,000 - $180,000.
