Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Tekshapers Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the company's hiring needs.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive recruitment experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Stay updated on trends and developments within the automotive industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers based on market conditions and talent availability.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector, including industry trends and key roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
