In addition to sourcing, you will be involved in a variety of talent related tasks and projects, including:
- Collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to make strategic hiring decisions.
- Participate in local campus events, as needed.
- Develop standards and advertisements for compelling job descriptions.
- Tracking and reporting of key metrics to drive effective recruitment practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and talent acquisition required.
- Experience in the AEC industry preferred but not required.
- Proven expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, with proficiency in Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication n and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
