T&M Associates is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist This role offers a hybrid work opportunity, providing flexibility to work both remotely and from our Columbus, OH office to provide the benefits of a balanced work-life dynamic.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Leveraging your expertise in sourcing strategies and techniques, you will play a key role in building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various channels and oversee full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions within the organization.

In addition to sourcing, you will be involved in a variety of talent related tasks and projects, including:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to make strategic hiring decisions.
  • Participate in local campus events, as needed.
  • Develop standards and advertisements for compelling job descriptions.
  • Tracking and reporting of key metrics to drive effective recruitment practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and talent acquisition required.
  • Experience in the AEC industry preferred but not required.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, with proficiency in Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication n and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
