Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our technology infrastructure team as an Associate in Information Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects and processes on the technology infrastructure team and supporting existing solutions for the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage information technology projects to ensure adherence to schedule and deliverables.
  • Enterprise Applications: Investigate, recommend, deploy, configure, monitor, and support enterprise applications to meet the firm's business needs.
  • Network and Systems Administration: Maintain, administer, and support computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, and all configurations.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with others to develop, improve, and document guidelines, procedures, and policy, and communicate with colleagues to understand specific system requirements, specifications, or details.
  • Installation and Deployment: Direct the installation of computer or network hardware, and recommend changes to improve computer or information systems.
  • Cybersecurity and Disaster Recovery: Support cybersecurity and disaster recovery operations, and manage technology-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Experience: 0-4 years of experience in networking, systems administration, project management, or managing enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
  • Systems Analysis: Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate with others to convey information effectively, both verbally and in written form.
  • Enterprise Applications: Knowledge of enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft InTune, Duo, SharePoint, Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Citrix, and Microsoft Loop.
  • Project Management Software: Knowledge of project management software.
  • PowerShell: Knowledge of PowerShell.
  • Operating System Software: Knowledge of operating system software, including Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, and RHEL.
  • Networking and Computer Hardware: Knowledge of networking and computer hardware.
