Role Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Technology Associate to enhance our Marketing team. This role focuses on the tools and software that facilitate the measurement, attribution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a comprehensive understanding of contemporary marketing technologies. This position will collaborate with various departments, including Technology, Product, and Data, to ensure effective integration and utilization of marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the entire marketing technology lifecycle, from vendor evaluation to implementation and user adoption, including new measurement and optimization tools across digital channels.
  • Assist marketing and technology teams in deploying and managing the Google Marketing Platform, including GA4, CM360, DV360, and SA360.
  • Engage in RFP processes for new marketing technology vendors.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planning and Accounts Payable to monitor marketing technology expenditures and vendor documentation.
  • Integrate multiple data sources, such as Google Campaign Manager and GA4, to deliver comprehensive reporting and insights into marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, particularly regarding new data and technology practices.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to support marketing and product initiatives using available data.
  • Assist Sourcing and Legal teams with inquiries related to new vendors and technologies.
  • Serve as a resource for reporting on CRM, ad server, web analytics, and customer data platform systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a broad understanding of various channels and systems.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel, including SELECT statements and pivot tables for dynamic reporting; additional training will be provided.
  • General knowledge of ad servers, programmatic technology, web analytics, customer data platforms, and data connectors is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, including search, social media, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with tag management tools, such as Tealium and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
