ROLE SUMMARY

The Technology Services Manager will be responsible for managing IT-related incidents and tasks across Maxime's Club and its administrative offices. This role involves providing both on-site and remote technical support, coordinating visits from engineering partners, and ensuring that users are kept informed about the status of their requests. The manager will oversee applications and infrastructure based in the US, lead local aspects of global IT initiatives, and ensure that all operations align with established IT standards. Furthermore, the role includes planning and executing IT infrastructure for new locations in collaboration with business leaders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address IT-related incidents and tasks for US operations, including Maxime's Club.
  • Provide on-site and remote IT assistance.
  • Coordinate and oversee visits from engineering partners as necessary.
  • Effectively manage vendor relationships.
  • Keep end-users updated on the status of incidents and tasks.
  • Oversee US-based applications and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to central IT standards.
  • Lead and engage in local components of global IT projects.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and assets.
  • Ensure the complete delivery of all new hardware requests assigned to the IT team.
  • Oversee the installation and management of IT infrastructure.
  • Take initiative on additional duties that support the organization's vision and mission.
