About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at ASE US Inc.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Manage and direct a sales force to ensure timely performance reviews and goal achievement
  • Take ownership of the customer revenue pipeline and design business strategies to maximize revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or 10-12 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or packaging industry
  • Strong understanding of the IC assembly and test process
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership ability

Estimated Salary Range:$130,000 - $160,000 per year
