About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at ASE US Inc.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Manage and direct a sales force to ensure timely performance reviews and goal achievement
- Take ownership of the customer revenue pipeline and design business strategies to maximize revenue growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or 10-12 years of sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or packaging industry
- Strong understanding of the IC assembly and test process
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership ability
Estimated Salary Range:$130,000 - $160,000 per year
