Job Description

CHEP is a leading provider of supply chain solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, providing administrative support to our plant manager and regional directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the plant manager and regional directors, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including payroll, production reporting, inventory reconciliation, and shipping and receiving.
  • Indirectly supervise administrative employees within assigned plant.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including employee file maintenance, mail sorting and processing, and answering phones.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Facilitate operational requirements by scheduling and completing administrative projects.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to type and use a computer.
  • Four-year college degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office software.
