Job Title: Bilingual Office Coordinator

CHEP is a global leader in the supply chain and logistics industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facility leadership team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our service center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the plant manager and regional directors, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Indirectly supervise administrative employees within the assigned plant, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including employee file maintenance, mail sorting and processing, and answering phones.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and expediting orders.
  • Facilitate operational requirements by scheduling and completing administrative projects.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to type and use a computer, with experience utilizing Microsoft Office software.

Preferred Skills:
