Guest Services Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Guest Services Department, overseeing operations and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:
- Oversight of guest services locations and processes, including pass sales, gear rentals, and security.
- Leading a team of front-line employees to ensure exceptional customer care.
- Recruitment, training, and coaching of staff to meet business needs.
- Resolving guest issues and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience in guest services, customer service, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead teams effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation: A competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus benefits.
