Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a charismatic Guest Services Manager to join our team at Hyatt Centric SouthPark Charlotte. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay.

About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, including responding to inquiries, processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolving guest complaints, and other front office duties as required. You will also manage a team of hospitality professionals to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements:
- Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Overnight shift; requires flexible hours
