  • Recruit, train, and coach staff to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in guest services, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead teams effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: Approximately $55,000 - $75,000 per year, plus benefits.
