The Role and Responsibilities

The Media Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Media team in scheduling and resourcing media plans, trafficking media reports, and delivering other media-related tasks.

You'll work closely with the Media team to develop task lists, identify potential issues, and report on project health. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring timely delivery of final products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, estimate, and facilitate progress for projects in the media department
  • Develop task lists for projects and identify potential issues that would prevent successful launch/delivery
  • Assist in the overall process of obtaining assets and decisions as needed across departments, disciplines, and teams
  • Regularly report on project health, tracking hours incurred and forecasting throughout each project phase
  • Collect and organize all information associated with each project
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings and milestones, for both internal and client delivery or review
  • Ensure that all necessary team members are included in appropriate meetings and conversations
  • Anticipate and prevent project roadblocks to ensure successful delivery of final product

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative, results-oriented, problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
  • Agency experience a plus
