Healthcare Coordinator RN Job Description

About the Role:

Horizon House, a reputable non-profit organization, is seeking a skilled Healthcare Coordinator RN to join our team. As a pioneer in community-based rehabilitation, we provide innovative services to individuals with psychiatric or developmental disabilities, drug and alcohol addictions, and homelessness.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service systems and operations related to medical care of clients
  • Provide technical expertise and training to non-medical program staff
  • Maintain good organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse with experience in community nursing and/or developmental disabilities
