Job Title: Transplant House Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Transplant House Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Barker Transplant House. This individual will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the house, including guest services, house operations, and volunteer supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the guest services team, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service and support
* Oversee the daily operations of the house, including maintenance, cleaning, and inventory management
* Supervise volunteers, providing training and guidance as needed
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 0-1 year of experience in business, human services, or hospitality
* Knowledge of transplant process preferred
