Job Overview


We are currently seeking a committed and skilled Environmental Project Manager (Engineer or Geologist) to join our vibrant team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and manage various environmental projects within our organization.

The successful candidate will be tasked with providing technical direction in the design and execution of remediation strategies, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations, and conducting remedial investigations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Environmental Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing remediation strategies for soil, water vapors, and groundwater.
  • Leading and managing environmental projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines throughout all projects.
  • Conducting CERCLA Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies.
  • Providing technical leadership and support to project teams.
  • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and challenges.
  • Staying updated on the latest environmental regulations and industry developments.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental project management, particularly in remediation design and/or implementation.
  • Experience in environmental compliance, geology, and/or environmental engineering.
  • A valid Texas Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license.
  • Proficiency in CERCLA Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • A strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
