Job Overview


We are seeking a passionate and committed Environmental Project Manager (Engineer or Geologist) to become part of our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage various environmental projects within our organization.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in the design and execution of remediation strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and conducting thorough remedial investigations.Key Responsibilities

As an Environmental Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing remediation strategies for soil, water vapors, and groundwater.
  • Leading and managing environmental projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to environmental regulations and guidelines.
  • Conducting CERCLA Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies.
  • Providing technical leadership and support to project teams.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and challenges.
  • Staying updated on the latest environmental regulations and industry trends.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental project management, particularly in remediation design and/or implementation.
  • Experience in environmental compliance, geology, and/or environmental engineering.
  • A valid Texas Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license.
  • Proficiency in CERCLA Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.
