Job Title: Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. This role requires a highly organized and discreet individual who can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with ease.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents and reports for executive review. You will also serve as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings for senior leadership.
  • Set up technology and meeting prep, including sending reminders, preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and sending follow-up communications as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, excellent customer service.
