About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Regional Sales Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of Account Executives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Account Executives responsible for bringing in new clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Analyze key business metrics, create tactical solutions, and assist with execution to achieve consistent results.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business advancements within the Services Organization and across Avvo at large.
  • Resolve unique and complex situations in a timely manner with poise and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of B2B, SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying role with a proven track record of driving revenue as a top producer.
  • Consultative sales experience for products/solutions.
  • Experience launching products, developing messaging, and product positioning.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities that empower team members.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an affinity toward leveraging data in unique and interesting ways.
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong ability to perform under pressure in changing business dynamics.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of $69,000 plus commission. Your compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
