Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Divisional Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Divisional Director, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects. As a Senior Divisional Assistant, you will be responsible for heavy calendaring, coordinating meetings and appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure executive deliverables are met on time.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably supporting at least one senior-level executive. You will possess advanced Microsoft Suite skills, excellent organizational abilities, and strong communication skills. If you are a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: $64,800 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
