**Executive Assistant Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Divisional Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team.
Salary: $44,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Prepare and produce high-quality reports, invoices, and presentations
- Communicate with senior-level executives and clients with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably supporting at least one senior-level executive
- High school diploma or equivalent, advanced in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with others in a pleasant, professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet sudden deadlines
