About the Role:

The University of Washington is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join their team as a Senior Administrative Specialist. This role will provide direct and far-reaching support to senior leaders at UW Medicine Advancement, including the Assistant Vice President for Health System Philanthropy and their team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the UW Medicine Advancement team, the Senior Administrative Specialist will be responsible for providing executive-level support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and special project coordination. This role will also involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including other unit leadership, UW administrators, donors, and campus partners.
