About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Documentation Specialist III to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a key member of our Rail division, you will play a critical role in developing, preparing, negotiating, and maintaining documentation for equipment lease transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Support: Provide support to our group of Rail Sales representatives for documentation of new and renewing lease transactions. Draft lease documentation to accurately reflect the terms and conditions of all equipment leasing transactions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Upload daily reports identifying transactions requiring lease documents. Create monthly management reports that aggregate data related to lease documentation turn-around times and volume of completed deals.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with our IT staff to support, identify, and implement the ongoing use and enhancement of software tools. Respond to inquiries, identify issues, and work to improve standard practices.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and retain positive business and customer relationships. Respond to documentation questions from customers and internal stakeholders. Lead customer negotiations in connection with lease agreements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of contracts and documentation experience OR a High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of contract and documentation experience.
