Job Overview

Volt is seeking a skilled Document Specialist III to join our team in a Document Management role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Internal Stakeholders: Provide level 1 support to internal stakeholders regarding transparency process inquiries.
  • Answer Operations Questions: Respond to straightforward day-to-day operations questions and redirect stakeholders to subject matter experts for nuanced inquiries.
  • Database Search and Analysis: Execute simple searches and queries from databases and understand how data applies to specific contexts.
  • Process Documentation: Support review and revision of processes documentation as processes change and evolve.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain relations with team members and provide ad-hoc assistance to non-US related projects as needed.
  • US Transparency Guidelines: Develop expertise in relevant US transparency guidelines as experience grows.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory. SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • SQL/Python Knowledge: Knowledge of SQL/python is highly preferred and will be given special consideration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills are required.
