  2. Document Retrieval: Responding to requests for specific documents, whether from attorneys, paralegals, or other staff members, requires an efficient and organized approach to retrieve information promptly.
  3. Inbound and Outbound Mail: Overseeing the comprehensive management of inbound and outbound physical mail is essential for maintaining a well-organized and efficient document management system.
