SUMMARY:


Reporting to the Director of Program Management and the Technical Lead, the Program Management Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating customer account oversight. This includes tracking and reporting on customer engagement activities, such as preparing data for Quarterly Business Reviews, accounts receivable, surplus inventory, and analyzing forecast versus purchase order backlog planning, along with other relevant metrics.

In collaboration with the VP of Business Development, the Program Management Specialist aids in the marketing and customer acquisition efforts, leveraging various tools including the internet, software applications, social media, webinars, email campaigns, and events. The role also involves researching customer demographics, competitor products, and prevailing market conditions.



  • Direct report to the Director of Program Management; dotted line report to the VP of Business Development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

• Inputs requests for quotes from potential clients into the ERP system.

• Follows up on quotes with the internal Program Management team.

• Provides analysis and reports on quoting and revenue operations activities.

• Prepares presentations for customer quarterly business reviews for the Program Management team.

• Assists Program Managers with designated accounts as needed.

• Aids Program Managers in scheduling and updating customer accounts (e.g., invoicing, sales order reports, accounts receivable summaries, inventory scrubbing, etc.).

• Manages and updates the database containing all customer terms and conditions as well as quality clauses.

• Supports production scheduling and generates key performance indicator metrics.

• Assists Program Managers with commercial items, including surplus and no-demand inventory, as well as cost recovery and assertion claims.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation software is desirable.

• Familiarity with utilizing social media platforms for business outreach is preferred.
