Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Executive Director of Supply Chain Operations** to lead our customer-facing teams and drive sales growth, reduce costs, and improve lead-time, quality, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of program managers to achieve financial, operational, and commercial performance goals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure customer satisfaction index goals are being achieved, using data from various metrics such as quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.
  • Lead program managers in the coordination of organic business/revenue growth through direct selling techniques and collaboration with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage program managers in the understanding, negotiation, and administration of quotations, customer purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Develop and implement control systems and reports to measure progress, identify potential problems, and ensure the meeting of company's contractual commitments.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage program managers to identify and drive resolution of issues, including those outside of established programs of work.
  • Lead quality assurance reviews to identify operational activities, deliverables, and actions that warrant improvement.
  • Coordinate and attend critical operational meetings, including shortage and production meetings.
  • Perform timely reconciliation of customer/program liabilities and maintain a 12-month rolling forecast with the customer.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of combined experience in business management, engineering, operations, and/or procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of contract manufacturing or electronic manufacturing services.
  • Fluent in the functionality of enterprise material planning systems, preferably InforLN.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of configuration management systems.
  • Fluent in interpretation of multi-level bill of materials and technical drawings.
  • Knowledgeable in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Certification/License
  • CPIM or PMP certification a plus, however not required.
Progression Milestones

Promotable to Executive Vice President, Customer Success.

VP of Customer Success must meet or exceed objectives defined in their annual personal development plan to be eligible for promotion.
