Compensation Structure:

The position offers a base hourly wage of $16.00, complemented by significant commission opportunities based on individual performance and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Guide customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
  • Communicate product performance, applications, and benefits effectively to potential buyers.
  • Detail all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Learn to address objections, close sales, and follow all steps of the sales process according to company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must hold a valid sales license.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and demeanor.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills are required.
  • A strong focus and desire to meet sales targets are essential.
