  • Contract Management: Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation with meticulous accuracy and timeliness.
  • Finance Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance department to gather all necessary forms and documents for each transaction.
  • Product Processing: Handle Extended Service Contracts, GAP insurance, product submittals, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Commission Calculation: Calculate and process month-end commissions for Sales and Finance personnel accurately.
  • Receivables Management: Collect vehicle receivables promptly and effectively.
  • Funding & Payments: Post funding notices daily and manage lender reserve payments received.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding contracts and transactions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date schedules for car deals, ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Proven experience in an automotive dealership environment.
  • Hands-on experience processing automotive contracts and related documentation.
  • Familiarity with CDK computer systems is a plus.
