As an entry-level position within the Service Department, the Automotive Maintenance Specialist will perform essential maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and multi-point inspections.

Compensation: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct oil and filter changes in accordance with company standards.
  • Inspect tire conditions, measure tread depth, and perform rotations.
  • Execute multi-point inspections to assess vehicle health.
  • Check and replenish fluid levels as needed.
  • Perform brake pad and shoe inspections.
  • Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation.
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Document service orders following company protocols.
  • Communicate vehicle needs effectively to service advisors.
  • Test drive vehicles in line with company guidelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment to complete tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and service procedures.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in technician school or relevant technician experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
