Compensation:
Our Finance Sales Associates typically earn between $6,000 and $11,000 monthly, with potential for even higher earnings during peak sales periods. The base hourly rate starts at $16.00, with significant commission opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership.
- Guide customers in selecting vehicles by actively listening to their needs.
- Communicate product features, applications, and advantages effectively.
- Detail all optional equipment available for purchase.
- Establish strong relationships with customers.
- Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
- Learn to address objections, close sales, and follow the sales process according to company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
Expectations:
- Previous car sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and sales license.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor.
- Exhibit strong listening and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
