Salary range:

Case Manager I:
$40,809.60 Annually

Case Manager II:
$43,305.60 Annually

Case Manager III:
$46,009.60 Annually

Shift available:
Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain ethical and professional communication at all times, utilizing respectful Trauma-Informed Care language.
- Deliver crisis intervention services and follow-up support for individuals in the designated service area.
- Collaborate as part of a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) to provide direct care services.
- Engage with community stakeholders, including law enforcement, hospitals, and social services.
- Provide community education to enhance access to crisis services and understanding of mental health conditions.
- Utilize person-centered approaches when working with individuals in crisis.
- Document all interventions in accordance with agency standards.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
- Travel may be necessary to reach rural areas.
- Adhere to the Business Code of Conduct and report any ethical or business standard concerns.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or a related human services field for QMHP credentialing.
- For Case Manager I, no prior experience is required.
- For Case Manager II, a minimum of one (1) year of experience in behavioral health case management is necessary.
- For Case Manager III, two (2) years of experience in behavioral health case management is required.
- Graduate work in a related field may substitute for up to one (1) year of experience.
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual capabilities.
- Experience in the mental health sector.
