Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional and ethical communication using Trauma-Informed Care principles.
- Act as a Family Support Specialist within the Family and Youth Success Program, delivering direct support to families and youth.
- Conduct screening and assessments, provide crisis intervention, implement evidence-based programs, and facilitate skills training for families and individuals.
- Deliver services across various environments, including home, educational institutions, and community settings.
- Provide services primarily in designated regions and be open to travel as required.
- Comply with the organization's Code of Conduct and report any ethical or business concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of experience working directly with at-risk youth and families.
- For Case Manager II, a minimum of one year in behavioral health case management is required.
- For Case Manager III, a minimum of two years in behavioral health case management is necessary.
- Graduate studies in a relevant field may substitute for up to one year of experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and insurability under agency policies is mandatory.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Skills:
