Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides critical support to patients seeking treatment placement, ensuring a safe environment that promotes recovery. The successful candidate will work closely with the administrative supervisor to coordinate daily activities, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with patients and staff members.

Responsibilities

  1. Patient Support: Provide assistance to patients as needed, including documentation and scheduling.
  2. Scheduling Management: Create and maintain staff schedules in the Agency's Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  3. Communication: Work collaboratively with the treatment team, patients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Data Entry: Complete data entry of necessary documentation for billing purposes.
  5. File Maintenance: Maintain complete and up-to-date files documenting all services and contacts provided.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work as part of a cohesive team, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Requirements

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of one year in a clerical capacity preferred; scheduling knowledge desired.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask and problem-solve.

Benefits

Lifeline Connections offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 5%. Full-time employees receive approximately 4 weeks of paid time off during their first year of employment, plus 1 personal holiday and 12 paid holidays per year.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
