About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and support our medical staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process patient information, schedule appointments, and contact patients via phone as needed.
  • Take messages, answer phones, and provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year experience in a medical setting.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and computer typing skills.
  • Excellent verbal, customer service, and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
