Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Vancouver, WA. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide administrative/clerical support to managers, serve as a liaison between departments, and assist with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to management, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to questions, and completing routine business matters.
  • Review correspondence, respond to inquiries, and forward matters to appropriate personnel.
  • Process outgoing mail, prepare materials for mailing, and verify timely responses.
  • Establish and maintain internal and external communication channels.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including faxing, scanning, photocopying, and printing services.
  • Compile, organize, and verify files, notes, and materials.
  • Coordinate and track reporting requirements and activities related to federal staff.
  • Update and maintain the desk reference manual.
  • Serve as a backup for other Administrative Assistants as needed.
  • Assist in developing and drafting Standard Operating Procedures, governance, and internal control procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Help resolve organizational administrative issues and work on solutions as a group.
  • Complete teamwork assignments.
  • Work as a contract team lead for travel, standardizing, streamlining, and improving overall Travel processes.
  • Train new personnel to travel guidelines and review and enter travel vouchers for reimbursement.
