Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong project coordination skills to support our project managers in delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing project schedules, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage project schedules and track progress
- Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project plans
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and external partners
- Provide administrative support to project managers as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
