* Provide expert-level support for lab computers and equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless transition of services from other suppliers
* Develop and implement effective solutions for desktop support, operating system support, and customer service
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, including Microsoft OS and related tools
* Participate in or lead OS migrations and ensure a smooth transition for our users
* Utilize ITIL processes and ServiceNow tool to deliver exceptional customer service
### Requirements
* Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software, with a focus on Microsoft OS and related technologies
* Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, and MS-Office applications suite
* Familiarity with Linux and SCCM Patching, Active directory, and Antivirus tools
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation
