Senior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at Thrive. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with our engineering team to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including network, server, and workstation problems
- Collaborate with our engineering team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a cloud and cyber security environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate between tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation Technologies, as well as cloud and cyber security platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Terminal Services & Citrix
- Experience with monitoring and remote management tools
- Experience with VMWare
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
