Job Description

IT Concepts is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems and equipment
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and equipment
  • Assist in the maintenance of Active Directory and other system accounts
  • Monitor open tickets in our customer incident ticketing system
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in conducting routine system administration tasks and logging data in system admin logs
  • Knowledge of debugging protocols and processes
  • Adept knowledge in IT principles and practices, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and a basic understanding of system administration in a Windows environment
Clearance Requirement:
  • US Citizen or Green card holder
  • Willing and able to get a Public Trust Suitability clearance
