Customer Success Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Grouptrail. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a best-in-class customer success process for onboarding new customers, including education and nonprofit organizations.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, and provide product information to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Grouptrail team to plan and refine the customer onboarding process on an ongoing basis.
  • Set up new Grouptrail sites, including database of goal checklists and forms, reviewing/updating/mapping/importing existing data, creating custom report templates, and setting up integrations.
  • Educate and train customers on the use of our software platform, and optimize their product setup for the quickest path to success.
  • Assist the Grouptrail Customer Success team with answering customer issues and requests during the onboarding process.
  • Improve product adoption, customer retention, and help foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in customer success and/or program management support for implementation of technology projects.
  • Experience using desktop and web applications, including online tools, databases, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs, Mac, Windows, and basic video editing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and work in a team environment.
