Function Overview

SISL Global seeks to hire a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our global IT team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand global IT policy and participate in the global Infra integration project.
  • Develop knowledge of the ERP and T2 system to join the global ERP integration project.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Develop training materials and procedures, train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
  • Provide Level1 System/Network engineer services for key system's deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure SOX IT compliance in IT operations.
  • Assist with additional IT tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Employee Specifications

Requirements

  • Ensure daily infrastructure and software support for Compass sites with 300 users, ensuring smooth IT system operation and minimal impact on plant operations.
  • Provide PC user support, including hardware and software assistance, ensuring PC clients adhere to SBD PC and security policies.
  • Integrate networks with the global network.
  • Integrate systems with the global system.
  • Maintain servers.

Personal Attributes

  • Hold a computer-related major or higher degree.
  • Have experience in the EUC area.
  • Develop good IT management skills and teamwork spirit.

Education or Experience

  • Hold a university degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
  • Have 2-5 years of working experience in the IT field.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in managing computer hardware and EUC support experience.
