Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Sales Representative to be part of CDR General Services LLC, a prominent staffing agency. The successful candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, exceptional client relationship skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish. This position focuses on discovering new business prospects, managing client portfolios, and working closely with the recruitment division to fulfill clients' staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Development and Management:
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects through networking, outreach, and various sales methodologies.
  • Establish and nurture robust, enduring client relationships.
  • Deliver client presentations and negotiate agreements to secure new business.
  • Comprehend clients' staffing requirements and offer customized staffing solutions.
Sales Planning and Implementation:
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales objectives.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor actions, and industry changes.
  • Compile and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement promotional initiatives.
Client Support:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, promptly addressing any inquiries or issues.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the recruitment team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the staffing or recruitment sector.
Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
